Cancellations, and No Show Policy.

We absolutely understand when schedules change due to unforseen circumstances, however, we kindly ask you call us as soon as you know you are unable to make your appointment. If you fail to give us proper notice, you will be charged a fee in the following manners:

  • Lateness If you know you are going to be late and fail to call, you have a 15 minute grace period, before you are charged a $25.00 Late Fee. If you do not wish to pay this, we will have to re-schedule and you will be charged full price at the time of re-scheduling. There will also be a $15.00 Fee added as a convenience fee.

  • Cancellation We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours prior. Failure to do so will result in a 25% charge of the initial service booked. There is no charge for cancelling 24 hours prior. Appointments scheduled under 24 hours have 8 hours to cancel before being charged a cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows Will result in a 100% charge of the initial service booked. After, you have 3 business days to re-book, in order to avoid the No-Show charge. If you fail to Re-book within 3 business days, there will be no refunds. There will be a non-refundable deposit of 50% on top of the normal service charge, if you schedule after 3 business days.

  • Lateness past 30 minutes If you are over 30 minutes late, and we have not heard from you, we will consider you a No-Show, and you will be charged 100% of the initial service, resulting in a loss of your appointment slot. You may re-schedule within 3 business days to redeem the service charge. There will be no refunds after 3 business days. Scheduling after 3 business days will result in a non refundable 50% deposit on top of the inital service charge.
